LO3 - Codes and Conventions ASA and OFCOM

How does my Advertisement meet the codes and conventions for the ASA?

The ASA regulates media adverts, and they make sure that they are Legal, Honest and Truthful

My advertisement follows the rules of the ASA such as it is informative on the product being promoted, and it does not contain any harmful content as it is promoting the anxiety unplugged blog. My campaign will also contain factual information and will not promote any harsh themes. My campaign is made to educate and help sufferers of anxiety and is a safe place to talk. My campaign is for ages 16+. My campaign does not contain graphic imagery and false information, no harsh language and is not indented to cause harm.

Legal - My product ensure that all inappropriate images and Language is not denoted. Which means censoring of harmful words which makes the campaign follow the ASA's Legal rules.

Honest & Truthful - My campaign is 100% factual, and is to advertise the peoples voice, for example my product the podcast; is for viewers of the blog to interact and share their opinion on the topic of the blog.

How does my Advertisement meet the codes and conventions of OFCOM?

OFCOM regulates TV and Radio

Legal - My product : The anxiety unplugged podcast follows OFCOMS rules that there is no harmful content and is suitable for the audience, for example censoring harmful words in the moving image and making it suit the genre of podcast.

Honest & Truthful - My product follows the rules of OFCOMS regulation that the content being displayed is truthful and not fabricated for dramatic affect. The idea of the podcast is to share personal experiences with the audience.
